Privacy policy

We are a small family cattery and we collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and sell you a kitten. We never sell or rent your details.

1. What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, state, suburb and timing, the commitments you confirm, and anything optional you choose to add, such as your household and kitten preferences. We also note which page of our website you first visited and whether you arrived from a search engine or another site, so we know which pages help people find us. If you buy a kitten, we also keep your postal address and the details needed for the sale paperwork, microchip transfer and any flight booking.

2. How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to manage the waitlist, to complete the sale and the NSW Pet Registry transfer, and to arrange collection or a flight. We may contact you about future litters if you are on the waitlist. You can ask to be removed at any time.

3. Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your kitten to you: the NSW Pet Registry for the microchip transfer, the NSW Cat Fanciers' Association for registration papers, and the licensed pet transport company if your kitten is flying. Your inquiry is stored in our database on Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and the notification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Neither uses your details for anything else.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits to each page using our own simple analytics, which records the page, the website you came from, your device type (phone, tablet or computer) and your country. It does not record your IP address or identify you personally.

5. Storage and access

Your details are kept in our email and records for as long as we need them for the sale and any later health guarantee questions. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@regalragdollkittens.com.au or calling 0420 163 548.
